What should I take into account prior to visiting career coaching services? - CareerZeno - 08-07-2026
Prior to visiting career coaching services, you should assess the experience and expertise of the coach, as well as the coaching style he/she uses. The person should be familiar with your industry, offer you personalized guidance and have good testimonials about the quality of his/her work. You should also know about the content of the coaching program, which may include career planning, interview preparation, etc.
You should consider such aspects as:
- Relevant coaching experience
- Personalized career guidance
- Testimonials of the clients
- Details about the coaching process
- Continuous feedback
