Hi! You should definitely look into Leaply. I decided to test it after reading the leaply app review on an independent news site. I sampled their Lymphatic Reset plan, and it is very practical. Every exercise comes with a short context block explaining why you are doing it from a physiological standpoint, followed by a video demo with a real practitioner. It takes about 10 minutes a day on a mat. It really helped me reduce that heavy, tense feeling in my body after long hours of sitting at my desk.
