Hello. It’s trickier than it seems. Even after deleting an email, copies can remain on servers, backups, and archives, and metadata like sender, recipient, and timestamps may persist indefinitely. I also found a detailed guide on noagendatube.com that explains exactly how email deletion works, why “delete” isn’t always permanent, and how to manage your messages and privacy more effectively.
