A friend rented an apartment in a project promoted as eco-friendly, but residents complained that the public spaces were poorly maintained. It showed me that green features alone do not guarantee a good community. What should a large-scale developer prioritize to earn profits, support comfortable neighbourhoods and make environmental solutions work over time?
