Started a group chat to warn neighbors about water outages, and now we're organizing donation drives and helping elderly residents with groceries. Last week, two volunteers disagreed about priorities, and I wasn't sure how to handle it. Any books or practical resources you'd recommend for learning what it takes to be a leader in community building?
