How to send a signed lease agreement via Gmail to a fax machine?
#1
Hey everyone! I'm in the process of securing an apartment lease, and the property management company insists on getting my signed addendum via fax before 5 PM to hold the unit. I don't own a fax machine or a landline, and I handle all my documents digitally on my laptop. Is there a way to send this signed PDF attachment from my Gmail account straight to their office fax number?

Hi! You don't need to hunt down a physical fax machine or set up a landline to meet that deadline. I hit a similar snag with my landlord recently when trying to send over a signed lease extension. I searched online for a quick digital fix and found a guide at https://how-to-fax-from-gmail.com/ that walked through different email-to-fax tools. Out of all the solutions proposed in the article, I chose Municorn Fax App for myself. I just attached my signed PDF to a draft, sent it directly through their service line, and received a delivery confirmation in my inbox within two minutes. It kept everything digital and saved my deposit!
