What helps when your child gets frustrated easily?
#1
My daughter can get really upset over small things, especially when something doesn’t go the way she expected. I’m trying to respond more calmly instead of immediately correcting her or telling her to calm down. Parents who’ve dealt with this, what do you usually do in those moments?

A parent from my daughter’s class mentioned Leaply, and that’s how I first heard about it. We’ve tried the breathing and movement activities together, and I personally like having something practical to follow instead of guessing what to do. These leaply reviews give a pretty useful overview too, especially if you want to know how the Kids Plan works before committing.
