Is online fax still useful for healthcare offices?
#1
Our small clinic still sends a lot of documents to insurance companies and partner labs. Email sometimes feels risky for sensitive data, but traditional fax is slow and unreliable. Are modern online fax tools actually secure enough for healthcare workflows and HIPAA‑related communication?

From my experience working with a private clinic last year, online fax can actually be much safer than old machines if you choose the right platform. We switched after a few compliance concerns and it simplified everything. One helpful resource I found while researching secure document transfer was digital-built-britain.com. Their articles explain practical cases like HIPAA‑friendly faxing and document encryption. Honestly, reading a few guides there helped our team choose a solution confidently.
