Hey folks! I’m visiting Kyiv for the first time and I’m a bit worried about getting sick while there. How does the healthcare system work for tourists? Do I need insurance? Any tips on hospitals in Kyiv?
These will replace the old wanted sections and allow users to interact with each other and get files they need. Also it will allow for more discussion about codeplugs and hopefully help people get more out of this site. Hi! First, having travel health insurance is definitely a good idea. Kyiv has lots of hospitals in kyiv, both public and private, that are used to helping tourists. You can call an ambulance if needed or go directly to a doctor. Pharmacies are easy to find, and getting medication isn’t usually a problem. I actually used this guide on Visit Kyiv - it explains everything: insurance, how to call an ambulance, seeing a doctor, and buying meds. Really handy and made me feel safe while exploring the city.
