I've recently finished my manuscript and have started researching publishing houses in Houston, but it's hard to tell which ones genuinely support new authors and maintain transparent processes. I'm not looking for promotional recommendations just honest experiences and serious suggestions. What factors should I consider when evaluating publishing houses in Houston, and which ones have you found trustworthy based on your own publishing journey?
